At that time, Rick Hill was CEO of Metropolitan Steel and the decision to create Metropolitan Choppers was a
natural one given his love of motorcycles and the available material to build them
— steel. It didn’t take much convincing
to bring talented designers on board in
his quest for exceptional motorcycles.
